Gerald E. Finken, R.Ph., M.S.


Gerald is a licensed pharmacist with almost 40 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. In 1997, he founded CSM, a clinical supplies packaging and labeling company, where he invented On-Demand packaging and labeling, Clinical Trial Research Pharmacist (CTRP®) services, and pioneered Direct-to-Patient services. In 2013, he founded Center Point Clinical Services and subsequently created the innovative Siteless CRO model. In 2020, Gerald launched RxE2 where he now serves as CEO. Gerald focuses on innovation, disruptive business strategies, and growth opportunities. 

Roberta Rogowski, RN

Vice President, Clinical Operations

Roberta is a seasoned executive with 28 years’ experience in the biopharma and biotech industries. She is a clinical operations, project management, drug safety, and medical affairs expert with experience in phase I-IV drug and device studies. Roberta has filed three New Drug Applications with two approvals. In 2013, Roberta established her own consulting company, Mountaineer Clinical Consulting, LLC focusing on clinical operations and drug safety. This year, Roberta joined RXE2 as Vice President, Clinical Operations to focus on incorporating the pharmacist and pharmacy services into clinical research.

Tina Schlecht, PharmD, MBA

Vice President, Pharmacy Operations

Tina joined RxE2 as vice president, pharmacy operations in2020. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in pharmacy and the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. She began her career at ClinicalSupplies Management, Inc. (CSM) where she led the growth of Clinical Trials Research Pharmacist (CTRP®) services. She went on to serve as president of Center Point Clinical Services. During her career, she was also employed by the National Community Pharmacists Association, heading the Long-Term Care Division and working on strategic programs, and ProPharma Group, overseeing ICSR (individual case safety reports) processing and regulatory submissions for serious adverse events. Tina received her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from North Dakota State University and her MBA from the University of Oregon. Her pharmacy practice experience includes community and outpatient pharmacy in addition to clinical research.
